The Breathe Net Honeycomb is the lightest sounding board ever created by Lava Music. The curved honeycomb structure provides a resonant and clear tone, Each "honeycomb" has a different height and thickness depending on its mechanical function which results in generating an extraordinary sound even with a slight tug.

Super AirSonic material
A new breakthrough for the AirSonic Carbon Fiber: the Super AirSonic body material has the same weight as AirSonic, but is 20% stronger. A thinner, lighter soundboard with more bend has been created to produce a brighter, clearer sound.

Griffin: Shape with parametric design
The idea behind FlyNeck was to design and build the most comfortable, intuitive guitar neck possible. The FlyNeck's structured geometry was achieved by tracking the different forces acting on the neck when changing positions. We have carefully designed the neck profile, adding or removing the necessary materials to make sure the FlyNeck fits your individual playing style.

Thresholds
The Plek PRO machine is the world's most advanced guitar threshold processing system. Designed to provide the best string action available, this state-of-the-art process eliminates any potential intonation issues and allows the Lava ME 2 to achieve advanced levels of playability and sound quality right out of the box. By simulating string tension, it cuts frets with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The high accuracy of the Plek Pro cutaway helps the LAVA ME 2 achieve exceptional tone and a comfortable playing position.

Griffin
LAVA MUSIC has redesigned the neck construction of the LAVA ME 2 and reinforced it with two ultra-stiff carbon fibre rods. As a result, this FlyNeck is 300% stiffer than the previous generation, providing longer durability and improving the overall playing experience.

A new kind of manufacturing
LAVA MUSIC invented the first one-piece injection moulded LAVA ME guitar in 2017, revolutionising the design, materials used and manufacturing process of the modern guitar. This technology allows us not only to make the shape more comfortable to hold, but also to significantly reduce glue consumption while maintaining an excellent level of acoustic performance.

Resistant to changing conditions
Unlike wood, which tends to warp in changing weather conditions, the carbon body material of the Super AirSonic LAVA ME 2 can adapt to temperature changes from -4 ℉ to 176 ℉ and humidity from 10% to 90%. Whether you're in the desert or the polar region, the LAVA ME 2 will always work for you.

Playing with effects without connecting to an amplifier
The brand new technology used in the L2 pickup allows you to use the back of your guitar as a speaker. Turn the pickup on anywhere, anytime and play freely with the built-in effects: Reverb, Delay and Chorus, all without the need for any cables or amplifier.

Percussive effects
The L2 transducer now uses a percussion pickup microphone. It amplifies and embellishes the percussive sounds created.
